We Stood waiting at the check in area for 10 minutes today, no one ever came up to sit us. Even though several employees saw us standing there. We decide to sit ourselves and after another 10 minutes of no server/worker even though again the workers witnessed us sitting there. We got up and left. It’s ok though we had a nice meal up the road. They also were not busy there was no reason for the lack of service
We came in at five pm. It was my birthday dinner. We ordered our drinks, appetizer, and food last. The appetizer and entrees came out together. Salads came out last. We had to wait ten minutes for Parmesan. We did not have enough sauce for either entree. Salad was wet lettuce and tomatoes. It was not good. Carinos has been my first birthday choice for years. We will not come back.
