The best salad bar in town! And their ranch is amazing!
They gave our pizza to another table and asked if we wanted it. uhm no. Ever heard of servsafe? We made sure and paid for the salad bar we ate while waiting an hour.
How do you get an order for 2 pizzas and forget to make one of them? Then after waiting at least 20 minutes for the forgotten pizza and refills for drinks which were sitting on the edge of the table clearly empty, the manager doesn’t even have the coconuts to come apologize. Need new management!

Based on these reviews, Mazzio's Pizza & Wings is known for delicious food, with the pizza described as the best and a favorite. The food is always good and decent for the price. Specific menu items mentioned include pizza, dippers, and the lunch buffet. The ranch dressing is always divine. However, service can be inconsistent. Some reviews mention kind workers and wonderful service at the best location in the evening. Other reviews report horrible customer service and communication, with online orders not started on time and delivery taking almost an hour longer than estimated. The delivery guy blamed the manager for giving too many orders. Despite these issues, a manager did reach out to personally apologize and promised changes for a better experience. The location is considered the best in the evening.
