I ordered 2 chef salads, only chicken and lettuce, I asked for extra dressing, (I was paying for) and was told the amount of dressing for both salads accumulates to a whole pack, whatever that means.The meat sauce spaghetti was watered down and the people that were working were not happy at all.I tried playing the games in the game room, they wouldn't take Dollars! I told them crook,I mean cook, and he Said yeah we know and walked off.I ordered fries and it was a kids fry! What a joke, I will never be back

The first thing I noticed was that the buffet was pretty small. There was a salad bar, trays with different kinds of pizzas, and there were a few desserts. The pizzas were average, cold even freshly served, and there weren't a crazy amount of options. However, if you're looking for a pizza place where you can eat A LOT for a decent price, this is a good choice for you.At one point they brought out a "white pizza" (some kind of white sauce and spinach) which someone specifically ordered, and it was gone IMMEDIATELY. The person who ordered it didn't even get to have any.Lastly, for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies- you have to custom order your food. They have almost no options that are meatless, and they only had one option that didn't contain red sauce (the rare white pizza lol).

I can't give it no stars. Cold, soppy pizza delivered 30 minutes after the delivery window closed. On the first call to customer service they basically said, "Bummer, it happens." On the second call I was offered $5.00 off a future cold soppy pizza to be delivered whenever they felt like it OR I could wait even longer for a second bad pizza. The customer service MANAGER said, "That's all we can do for you."

The food and the service are really good but we had a bunch of kids running around unsupervised.Parking: It was a bit difficult to get into the parking lot due to traffic but once we got in there was more than plenty of parking spots.

It's always so delicious!!! Amber is one of my favs and she's always going above and beyond. Mama Deb is a great cook. I'm sorry I can't remember the sister's names. They're wonderful too. Highly recommend. The dough is fresh made everyday. Amazing!

Because the lady who took the order didn't give me my receipt when I asked for it . And I was polite. And very respectfully to her. And made comments about the napkins my son had which was only 4 used because of the pizza. The cook was polite and all.
Food is delicious as always. Ordered online, went in to pick it up and received exceptional customer service from Richard!!!! He verified my order, and went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed. He was wonderful!!
If I could give you less than a one star I swear to god I would….. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I promise you there are way better pizzas ? places all around here.

I ordered a medium pizza for lunch on their website because I was in the middle of installing windows in a home not far from this location and it was very easy. They offer a medium pizza for 8.99 which is a great price and you can order a half and half so I ordered it half pepperoni and half supreme and paid right there on the website and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes and I dropped by and was greeted with a smile and my lunch was ready for me and tasted great. I highly recommend for a lunch on the rush.

Actually ZERO stars.But I couldn’t post without giving them one star.I’m sorry. But people work too hard for their money. And I tip well.I just ordered a “large” pizza. It’s only 8 slices. The slice fit in the palm of my hand! And I’m a 5”1 female! Also the , a couple of them were the size of the tip of my thumb! SMH. I guess mazzios got the last of my order today. Hide Away pizza for me for now on!
