Starbucks Coffee Company on i-240 & Penn is a consistently busy location right off the freeway, now converted to an order pickup location without tables and chairs. Many reviewers find it to be their go-to spot, noting it makes the absolute best and exceptionally good drinks in the city, with every single order being flawless. The white chocolate mocha, vanilla latte, and fall seasonal drinks are highly recommended. The staff is described as wonderful, friendly, and helpful, always doing their best to accommodate everyone even during the morning crowd. The inside is always clean. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional service inconsistencies, such as not having dark roast available and offering a pour over instead without asking. Despite this, it is considered a great place with great service.
