I rarely leave reviews, but I was the only customer in this store with 5 employees working, and I simply ordered a black coffee. They took my order and refused to pour my coffee until they fulfilled the mobile orders and drive thru orders first.
Still a Nice staff. Drive thru only or pick up.**Revised review: they remodeled and took out seating. I guess they no longer desire to be your third place (home, work, Starbucks). Very disappointed the company is solely about pushing product. It’s sad because their space, atmosphere, and vibe was very popular at one time.

They have the best employees!! My car quit in their drive-thru on 4-11-24. I was 1.5 hours from home and majorly panicking about how to resolve the issue as I blocked traffic.
