I placed an online order and when we got the order, there was no cheese on the pizza! When I called because my pizza was wrong they hung up on me. When I called back I got their voicemail! My husband took the pizza back and the lady was so rude! They remade the pizza but the toppings were wrong again!! We took the pizza anyway. The lady did say that if you change anything on your pizza the website takes off the cheese. If they know it does that then why don’t they fix the website...read full review
We went to the Tuesday night buffet, which is the only night Mazzios has the buffet. There are several things that are no longer on the salad, bar, such as cantaloupe, apples, and chocolate pudding for the kids. The pizzas are also more limited, and the only dessert items they have with the buffet was a type of cinnamon bread. They used to have brownies, and at least one other dessert item. I love pizza, but very particular, for that reason I had stopped going to Mazzio's several years ago. On a whim I went to their lunch buffet the other day and it was excellent. All the pizza was hot and salad bar very fresh and plentiful. Pleasantly surprised. Way to go Maxzio.
