We will not be coming back to this location unless stricter hygiene is enforced. We came in this evening at 5:35 pm and placed our to go order. Two ten piece classic wings and an order of voodoo fries, and took a seat to wait. We received our order at 6:02 pm and left. The food was hot and delicious. Now, here were the problems. There was one employee working the front counter, one working the line, one working the fryer, one waiting for food to bag and 3 others just standing...read full review

They've got it extremely too cold on the inside. Ask them to turn the heat up, looking confused, employee said he didn't know how to adjust the thermostat. Why have the air on when it 18 degrees outside..........

This place is steadily getting worse, their food is shrinking and tonight my pick up order is missing the dipping sauce!! I'm pissed! Now I'm at work and I can't leave to go back and get it! Meal is ruined, what are wings with no sauce??
