We will not be coming back to this location unless stricter hygiene is enforced. We came in this evening at 5:35 pm and placed our to go order. Two ten piece classic wings and an order of voodoo fries, and took a seat to wait. We received our order at 6:02 pm and left. The food was hot and delicious. Now, here were the problems. There was one employee working the front counter, one working the line, one working the fryer, one waiting for food to bag and 3 others just standing around. The bagger kept eating randomly the entire time we were there and also touching their face, mouth, clothes, etc and never once was out of sight and never washed their hands. This person was handling food as they were putting it into bags. I watched a delivery order be put together, placed on a back counter for about 10 minutes before the driver grabbed it and walked out with it. The fryer steadily touched his clothes and never washed his hands. I saw no employee wash their hands. The only employee that actually followed hygienic guidelines was the line worker who was wearing gloves the whole time and frequently changing them and never touching anything but the food she was making. Food service has a guideline that employees should be washing their hands roughly every 20 minutes, especially when working directly with the food. Management needs to pay closer attention to this. The only thing that made this a 2 star was the taste and temp of the food we received.

Employees stand around, dancing, laughing not paying attention to customers. 2 employees working the other 4-5 should be on a stage or a circus. This location is a complete joke. I saw 3 employees on cell phones while making the food, 2 (guy and girl) hugging to the point of about to kiss. Fire them all!!

I got Hawaiian wings last night and this morning I woke up with the worst stomach pain and have just been throwing up feeling extremely sick. I ordered the same thing last week and again woke up feeling sick but today is way worse than last week. Needless to say I will not be eating here again.

Placed an order at 7:55 by the phone, 25 minutes later still not ready. They lost my order and made me wait 35 minutes more for my food. Multiple people came back inside because of their orders were missed up. This wing stop is very unprofessional, the worst one i seen over years. This is why buffalo’s wild wings is better ?
