Stopped for dinner. Wait was a little long at the empty drive thru. I think they were changing shifts, but my meal was great. Fresh fries and hot food. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The young lady that waited on me and my friend, I'm gonna tell you what she was quite something she was so precious and the reason I say this is she wouldn't put our order into the cooks in the back and says, I am swamped and we were the only 2 people in there. And everybody, in the back started laughing, I never got ARB sandwich sandwich, so big and cheesy, in all my life and them, curly fries Wawa wah. Blah blah blah wa

Arby's at 44th and shields offers fresh, delicious food with excellent customer service. The crispy chicken bacon and Swiss cheese sandwich, curly fries, and jamoca shake are top-notch. Despite a slight wait, this location ensures everything is made fresh. The staff even went above and beyond by providing sauces when forgotten. A great spot for a satisfying meal experience.
