She washed her hands and changed her gloves, even though she had a line! The way that she took my order and the people in front of me was fantastic exceptional customer service. Whoever her manager or boss this or if the district manager is seeing this comment, you are very lucky to have her on your team because she was phenomenal!

We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. She wiped it down and followed me to our table with the high chair. We talked about grand kids while I got the smallest situated. Once my wife returned with the oldest, she came back several times to check on us. The littlest started with a melt down so we had to leave in a rush so I didn't properly thank her but she made our dinner outing so much easier. Thank you! I had stopped because I felt like it was not worth it because they don't put enough meat for the amount of bread. “I go to this particular store when I am picking up dinner for after my shift. Usually, the employees are nice but it's always felt purely professional. Today though an employee named Rudy helped me and was super nice and helpful. Instead of just treating me as another customer to deal with, he was kind and had a good conversation where I may have talked too much about my fiance but he didn't complain and instead made me feel welcome to be there at the restaurant. I noticed he accidentally put tomatoes on my sandwich despite the ordering it with no tomatoes and instead of just removing them and continuing like most people do, he apologized and restarted on a new piece of bread before I had the chance to acknowledge it. Overall the best employee I've interacted with at any Jimmy John's, Subway, or other fast food restaurant.“

“The atmosphere is one because the only way I can get it is to walk through a mall, but I would do it every time. This food is impeccable and deliriously delicious! I have to eat it like once a week and I can't go without getting lemonade. I don't even care that it costs me $20 to eat every time. The food is always hot and fresh and it's totally worth the wait!
