Great sandwiches! Great service! Prices are great also!
Love the shop but fountain drink machine wasn't working and staff yelled out to other staff for assistance. Whole shop was funky trash can hampers all disarray. Restrooms smelled and looked like a truck stop. Staff or manager's wasn't helping other employees that wasn't knowledgeable of products.

Schlotzsky's offers good food, especially the giant original and the French Dip. The sandwiches are delicious, though they are more bread than anything. Prices are seen as high, but they do offer a senior citizen discount. The restaurant has ample parking, is wheelchair accessible, and the eating area is very clean. The atmosphere is an eclectic mix of fast food and fast-casual, with TVs playing. Despite sometimes slow service, the food is pretty good and the combination with Cinnabon, which sells a lot of cinnamon rolls, proves to be a stable business.
