City bites in general is great, but Jeremiah at this location goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. One time I got the wrong order and he was so nice and fixed it and apologized and gave me a cookie. He is really nice and keeps friendly conversation to make the wait less boring. He’s just one of those people that sticks out and is a joy to do business with.
