I will never eat at City Bites again….I’m scarred for life. I ordered a turkey melt, and by the time I got to the last few bites I pulled out a nasty blonde hair from the sandwich. The only plus is that they gave my dog who was with me a handful of bacon.

The turkey melt is AMAZING every time I get it. I highly recommend ordering it. Great sandwich and they put a good amount of turkey on there. The drive-thru line is always long but it is worth the wait.

I love the freshness of the food and the variety. What I didn't expect to love was their incredible effort to find me when I left my purse there at lunch one day. Our team had lunch there and I left my purse on the back of the chair. I didn't think about it until I was trying to head for home and no purse and car keys. I called and they said they had it in their safe. When I went to pick it up, they said they had tried to take it to my house but no one was home. Granted, it was only about 6 miles away, but for them to try to be sure I had my purse and then went out of their way to help was extraordinary! Thank you so much!!!

Worst experience ever I haven't been here in almy 5 years since my mom passed and we were stuck in the drive thru for over 27min. While the cashier left the headphones on and we heard the entire conversations inside. And she still didn't get our order once we pulled up so a 33 min waste of our lives that still ended up with no food from there. I literally just got out of the hospital and city bites is what I wanted....

Visited City Bites for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised they had a gluten free bread option. I ate the tuna salad sandwich. The tuna salad was made just right! The service was friendly and the food came out in a timely fashion. The decor was very cute however the restroom took a minute to get used to!
