I went into the Memorial location. I’m not one to leave reviews usually, but I work in food service and felt management should know of my experience. The team members were all so kind and welcoming. I already knew I loved the tortilla soup, but I’ll come to this location from now on. Helpful, friendly, and deserving of a raise (or maybe some free cookies)
Had a big to order and was missing a couple items and mistake on order. If u know kids and the tantrums, something us parent don't want to deal with when they don't get their food. Overall taste of food was ok, kinda bland for my taste. Been hearing good things about their reuben was finally able to try it but no thousand island dressing. The Cuban was served without pickles because they were "out." I didn't know this until it was prepared. They didn't apologize or offer a replacement. The potato soup was lukewarm and runny, although they provided more cheddar when I asked. The tea was wonderful and service was speedy.
