I ordered online and did a pick up order. The restaurant was very busy. Seating was adequate but it was the lunch rush so they could have had an employee on lobby clean up duty.Parking: The back parking lot is not wheelchair accessible, there are only stairs in the back of the building. I left a bad review awhile back but they really have stepped their game up! Everyone in there works hard and the customer service is A1! This is probably the best Jimmy John’s in the City hands down! Much respect to yall!

We've eaten at other JJ locations and they've been really good. This one, not so much. The employees acted like their faces would break if they cracked a grin, we were greeted with a "hello" when I returned with a "hi, how are y'all?".... crickets, of course the music was so loud, they probably couldn't hear me.
