Great lunch, best to order online and pick up. Do not deliver very far. A little pricey for everyday. But a box lunch treat once in a while is great. Single Box lunches are found under Catering menu. Cheaper than ordering individual sides.

I ordered online and did a pick up order. The restaurant was very busy. Seating was adequate but it was the lunch rush so they could have had an employee on lobby clean up duty.Parking: The back parking lot is not wheelchair accessible, there are only stairs in the back of the building. I noticed a front parking lot that looked less packed and I believe it was wheelchair accessible because it was ground level.Wheelchair accessibility: I will assume wheelchair spots are located in the front of the building.

We've eaten at other JJ locations and they've been really good. This one, not so much. The employees acted like their faces would break if they cracked a grin, we were greeted with a "hello" when I returned with a "hi, how are y'all?".... crickets, of course the music was so loud, they probably couldn't hear me. It got even louder as we ate. I asked about the "avocado" that was supposed to be on my beach club, I had a 1/4 of the sandwich and there was none. So when the person told me "uh, the avocado is BETWEEN the cheese" I was looking for sliced avocado, not a thin smear of avocado on half of my sandwich. I'm sorry, but $36 for 3 sandwiches and 1 piece of flimsy bacon and a smear of mashed avocado and lousy customer service? I won't be back.
