My wife and I walked in to have dinner tonight. We walked up to where you place your order at the cash register. I made eye contact with not one, but two employees who were in the back laughing and cracking jokes. We waited for over five minutes with nobody speaking to us. It was like we were invisible. We ended up deciding to go next door to Panera where we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door.
