“Extremely fast and friendly service for my visit. Came in on a quite busy Wednesday night but my order was still out within a couple minutes of me ordering. Burger was very good, fries were good, and the banana split (in my opinion) is a must try from Braums. Store could be slightly cleaner but overall, nothing out of the ordinary.“

“I have gone to this Braum's sporadically since I was a wee bitty boy. It's always been well managed as far as I can tell and I don't have problems with orders very often.

They all double as mini grocery stores now, didn't used to be that way when I was a kid but it's cool you can get any of their dairy stuff in the stores now. Their dairy cows are superior and the milk is better for you and tastes better than the main competitors. Some people who have trouble digesting dairy can actually tolerate Braum's stuff because their herd is 100% A2 or whatever it's called.

Their beef is pretty good too but I really wish they offered gluten free buns or less processed chicken options. If you're going to advertise being a good place for food sensitivities then give us some more options across the board and not just for dairy!“

You're going to need concessions, and this is a great place to get them. I especially love the shaved ice. It takes ice into a whole new dimension.“

“The ice cream was great! However, finding the darn place was no easy feat. I walked around for 15mins, unknowingly passing by them at one point. I looked on the Penn square mall map and they're not listed on there anywhere. Online or in store.

They're on the second floor in the food court, in front of Dillard's and Sarku Japan. They're a little cubicle by themselves.“

“Been going here for over 20 years and you cannot beat their combo deal is a loaded baked potato, 3 tacos with homemade corn tortillas and a choice of drink for $13.99!!! And they’re not small tacos with a big meat portion. I highly recommend ordering the barbacoa is hard to find a good place that makes REAL good barbacoa because is a long process, kinda like the pot roast most of us are used to. We had a Fresa and coco ice cream cone, a cookie sundae with cheesecake ice cream, a chocobanana, fresas con crema, dori-elote. Aguas- horchata, pina colada, and banana. We had 5 people, each person got a treat and a drink and we shared the elote. It was a lot and you can definitely share a treat with a friend. I took home a mangonada to my husband. We live 40 minutes away- it was perfect and SO DELICIOUS, even after the drive. Everything was so good! Fresh and flavorful.“
