It’s clear after being to both this Menchie’s and the one over on Pawnee that this one’s franchise owner doesn’t really care about it. The employees seem bored and disconnected, there’s a general lack of cleanliness and order with all the tables crammed against the wall, and an air of stinginess and disgruntlement when asking for sample cups. I love bringing my kids here. The cake batter frozen yogurt is ah-mazing and there are many topping choices to be enjoyed. I was never a fan of frozen yogurt until I went to Menchie's. They also have stickers and chalk board for little ones to enjoy as well. Restrooms are always clean at this location.

My daughter and I come here often and love the frozen yogurt and selection of toppings! But yeah, as several others have stated… there’s an employee who seems to always be working when we come in and she is not exactly suited for customer interaction. I always tip her despite it and she doesn’t even slightly acknowledge it. Sigh, oh well.
