Braum’s has always been one of my favorite places to eat with the food quality and prices. However, recently I haven’t been able to go without my order being wrong, upcharged without asking, or unsalted fries. With the prices rising as well, it’s not an experience I will pay for anymore.
I went there on a lunch break for work to grab lunch didn't check it until I got back to the office which I knew better. They gave me a burger with and completely messed up a chicken club. Called and spoke to someone and they put it down for them to remake at a later time.

I have been inside Braum's a few times; although I typically go through the drive thru. When I was inside the tables were typically bussed, and there is a good sense of order. That being said, I would note they have great ice cream. I would also say that their scoops are very generous. For the above reasons, I provided a rating of 5.
