Roxy's Ice Cream is hands down one of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to. The variety of flavors and unique options are far beyond what I expected, and every bite was incredible. It was so good that I honestly looked into whether they franchised because I'd love to bring one to my hometown. Unfortunately for me, they don't!
