Service was super slow that day for some reason. I hope it's not always like that. It took the lady about 3 minutes to be ready to take our order at the drive thru. We only ordered 3 shakes and had to pull up and wait another 5 minutes to get them.
I love shopping at Braums fresh market. It's so much more convenient than going to a big grocery store. I buy all of my dairy items at Braums. They are guaranteed fresh, the prices are comparable anywhere, and there's no supply chain issues because they are local.

What an awesome experience. Service you don’t find in many places today. We stopped by for ice cream after dinner. The gentleman that waited on us had the best attitude which you don’t find often today. Jeff made my 11 year old daughter feel extremely special by his actions.
