It's a good sonic but the touch-screen never let's you give a tip, it just ask for you to select one but nothing happens and it times out and runs just the food total. Your employees aren't getting their tips because nobody has cash nowadays.
Had to repeat my order several times then wait in line for over 30 minutes waiting on 2 corner dogs and 2 pretzel twice
The food quality at my local Sonic is just horrendous. A few days ago I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken was so overcooked you couldn’t hardly bite into it and then whatever oil they’re using is so old the breading tasted disgusting so one bite in and I threw it away.
