Went to braums last night and ordered a single scoop ×2 and 2 other things. Both of the single scoops were so small that they didn't even fill the cone. The cone was WAY bigger than the scoop. My daughters scoop was probably an inch or more under the top of the cone.

Braums has really gone down in their quality in some products in recent years. Their yogurt has artificial ingredients, red #40, and other disappointing additives. It also has gluten. There were expired products on the sales shelves inside the dairy cooler Have to say that when I brought it to their attention, they promised to audit and remove. I will be back solely for the convenience of location and friendliness of employees, however, I will be very discerning in the products I choose. I feel bad giving this place such a low rating but braums has gone so downhill along with the rest of the fastfood chain. Went through the drive thru. My order was right, the people were friendly but the food was not it. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my bacon was just non chewable and stringy (similar to sonic and McDonald's) I just had to take it off. I had someone with me that ordered chicken tenders and the pieces were thick and stumpy. Not like their usual ones where they were a bit longer and slimmer. Well they bit into what was mostly breading so they were also not able to eat their food. Very disappointed. Also the braums sauce was unbelievably spicy so also inedible. ???

This Braums location is one of the best considering how the staff handles the large surge of Sooner fan.The location is safe and adequate parking for large crowds. Even with a drive thru line or line inside, the staff always does a great job of accommodating everyone and getting the orders our quickly.Staff is the number #1 reason I continue to return to this Braums location. The food is great at all locations.

i went inside cause they forgot my gravy and the women insisted repeatedly she did and mean mugged me when she was told by authorities manager or higher up to do so, the lady that brought the food out the first time was sweet though.
