El Rincon Chapin is a hidden gem in Norman, and one of the few Central American restaurants in the area! The portions are generous, and food is full of authentic flavors - their chile rellenos and pollo guisado are two of my personal favorites! For the people that want eat other kind of food from Guatemala or El Salvador is a good just I recommend the popusas is like a tortilla but is fill up with cheese, beans,and pork chicharron.Just visit this place and discovery what else you can find it.

I didn't know what to order, such a variety. The food was delicious, and the service was good very helpful at describing different food to us. We will probably be back and bring some friends.
