Shame on Braums! Placing stress of a timer on employees to get people out of your drive thru. This employee, after passing my coffee thru the window, then my food, politely, asked me to move forward, note that no one else in line behind told me it ruins his drive-through ticker, while I was placing my cream and sugar in my coffee. the young lady in the drive threw was awesome and very beautiful ? I came in to order but got it to go while I was waiting I could not keep my eyes off the girl working the drive threw....
I go to this Braum’s quite often, the kids are friendly and work quickly; however, when making burgers they do not seem to pay attention to the details. My husband has allergic reactions to onions and tomatoes and I specifically ask to leave those items off and the ticket shows that as well, “no onion, no tomato” and the last two times those items have been placed on the burger and I have to ask them to remake it.
