Needs to be cleaned
I appreciate Brandon. I warned the line of a peanut allergy. Brandon immediately stepped up to take care of my order. He went and washed the scoop to ensure no cross contamination.
Thank you.

Braum's Ice Cream and Burger Restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had positive experiences with friendly staff, others have reported negative experiences, including food poisoning from a salad that led to a day of illness. Additionally, some customers have felt rushed by the drive-thru timer, which has resulted in mistakes with orders, such as a #3 burrito without sausage. Despite these issues, the staff have been consistently friendly and courteous, with one customer even commenting on the beauty of the young lady working the drive-thru. Customers appreciate the great service, cheerful employees, and the availability of fresh food and produce from the market. The restaurant is known for its delicious food, including the double dip hot fudge sundae with extra nuts and the store’s fresh, warm food even during late hours. Seating can be limited, but overall, the atmosphere remains welcoming and clean, making it a good spot for ice cream and meals alike.
