“Shout out to the team last night! Specifically- Laine who took my order, Deegan who assisted in cashing us out, and Hunter the shift lead. I worked for this fast food place back in highschool 2012-2014. It’s had its ups and downs since then but with Jaime running the show and Peggy (another manager) who always does a phenomenal job serving my family and my parents. I just wanted to say thank you for such a clean space, great quality customer service (extremely rare these days), and quality food! I see the dedication and appreciate last night that while neither Jaime or Peggy was present— we were greeted with happy, smiling faces who were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. “I heard the simple brew had a rough week and decided to swing by to get some coffee this morning. My dog wanted to go for a car ride so he came with. The ladies were so friendly at the window; and my dog was loving all the attention. They offered him his very first pup cup and he loved it! I chose a caramel macchiato and it was delicious. Definitely head down to the simple brew for some good local coffee, friendly folks, and to support a family owned business.”
