Well worth the 10 minute detour off I-40 on the east side of Oklahoma City! Totally lived up to the positive reviews! I had the ribs-my husband had the brisket- both delicious- the spice rub on the ribs was tasty as was the sauce. Plenty to eat if you are hungry (we couldn’t finish it). This is best Blacktop BBQ I have ever eaten!!! I live in Mustang and will drive here just to eat this BBQ!!! I have a little of all the meats and it did not disappoint! The sides also hit the spot! and then the peach cobbler was the extra I didn’t know I needed!

This little gem has a unique taste! Pecan Smoked Meat, hence the word "Black Top". Typically, BBQ is smoked with Post Oak, Mesquite, Hickory or a blend mix. This is good BBQ at "Black Top BBQ", Harrah, Ok! The Brisket has a smooth sweet slight nutty taste, good pull, and very tender. Brisket is not trimmed but the quanity of slices makes up for it.
