BEST BBQ IN TOWN the brisket is DELICIOUS 10/10 rating!
This little gem has a unique taste! Pecan Smoked Meat, hence the word "Black Top". Typically, BBQ is smoked with Post Oak, Mesquite, Hickory or a blend mix. This is good BBQ at "Black Top BBQ", Harrah, Ok! The Brisket has a smooth sweet slight nutty taste, good pull, and very tender. Brisket is not trimmed but the quanity of slices makes up for it.
