“I started going to Gibbys several years ago when it was in Collinsville. First day I went I met Carla the owner. Right from the start she greeted me as if I was her family. Not a customer. From Collinsville to Claremore Gibbys has become a staple in the community. The environment, the staff, the food, and the all around experience is top notch! The food is amazing! Best appetizers… Boudin Balls and Fried Zucchini. Best Entree… Love the Voodoo Chicken, Frog Legs, and Cajun Pasta (Can’t Be Beat)! I don’t do desert very often because of diabetes; but that CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! To this day Carla works in house doing everything. Unlike other restaurant where the owner leaves it up to a manager. Not Carla! If you get the chance swing by Gibbys and get a little south in your mouth! Thank you so much Carla and Staff for the amazing experience this week for me and my husband’s 2 year anniversary!“
