The pizza is good, but the service is awful. Twice now I’ve placed an order and got a call saying it’ll be a two-hour wait — or I can cancel. Another time, no call at all, just a 1 hour 45 minute delivery. And if you cancel? It takes 5–7 days to get your money back. Today I’m sick and just wanted a pizza, but instead got more of the same. This isn’t a one-time fluke — it keeps happening. They seriously need to get it together.
Papa John’s Pizza is a total waste of time and money! I ordered a Mushroom Pizza with “Double Mushrooms”, and what they gave was a large pizza covered with what tasted like Campbell’s condensed Tomato Soup, cheese flavored “sauce”, and I counted 3 to 5 thin slices of mushrooms per slice! What a crock!!! And that was a “double order “ of mushrooms. You had to hunt for the mushrooms! Will someone please tell us, “who in Claremore serves good Pizza?” ...read full review
this papa johns is HORRIBLE! the manager is horrible the whole place needs good managment and changes! I do not recomend to any one with the attitude & the lazyness and just pure disgusting people skills (none at all) I called the 1800 number & just told them to take a look at the reviews because something needs to be done!!
