20 minutes to take your order then ask for ketchup for the onion rings & no one ever brought it at all.
Ordered 3 drinks, waited a good 20 mins, the sign said someone was bringing them out and they never showed up. I pushed the button to ask where they were and was told they were “finding them and would be right out”. I sat there for AN HOUR waiting for my drinks that never showed up. Finally I just left.
Absolutely ridiculous!!
