Ordered a simple 2 item order on the app. A biscuit and a Frappuccino app took the order and took my payment. I rolled to the drive thru. Pull up to the window and told they did not have Frappuccino. They said would have to reorder , I said can't you just swap me out a different drink? She called the manager (little gay boy}. Who said I would have to make another order they could not swap out drinks. Was told my $ would refund in 2 hours.

Horribly slow service. Waited over 20 minutes for 4 Big Macs and two cheeseburgers. Got my refund and left. Never thought a place could be worse than the McDonalds in Mannford, but Cleveland topped it.
I usually don’t have issues with this location, but this morning was a train wreck. I sent my husband to get breakfast, and our order was so messed up. We were short 1 hash brown, we ordered an extra biscuit but got an extra order of gravy instead. I ordered Splenda in my tea but they put sugar in it instead. My husband asked for picante sauce for his breakfast burritos but he didn’t get any. Nothing too major but definitely annoying.
