Pull up to spot 10 at the Sonic in Cleveland Ok, pushed the button, the screen said someone will take your order shortly. After 25 min. of waiting for someone, I drive to the other side, in the lane for trucks and asked why I couldn't get service. The lady said some of her microphones where out. I asked her how the customer was supposed to know they would not be waited on? She said " do you want to order or not". Nephew picked up dinner for us at this location. Usually don't like to give bad reviews but this location forgot the meat on one of the burgers and put pickles on a sandwich that was specifically requested with no pickle. I would post a pic of no meat bun with cheese and pickle but already fed it to chickens and had to fix myself something else. Hope it's just because it was evening rush or new trainee. Would hate to think this was personal.

Drink quality is not what it should be. Sonic used to have the best soft drinks of any fast food place. The consistency is almost non existent these days. Drinks used to have old fashioned soda fountain flavor. I rarely go Abby longer because you never know what you are going to get. Burgers are often dry and tough like they are old and warmed up.
