I usually don’t have issues with this location, but this morning was a train wreck. I sent my husband to get breakfast, and our order was so messed up. We were short 1 hash brown, we ordered an extra biscuit but got an extra order of gravy instead. I ordered Splenda in my tea but they put sugar in it instead. My husband asked for picante sauce for his breakfast burritos but he didn’t get any. Nothing too major but definitely annoying.
My friend has the McDonald's app, almost everytime she uses the app here it turns into a headache and disaster!!!
She has no problems with the McDonald's app any where else, just this McDonald's!
The final outcome is the manager saying we're just S.O.L. they can't do anything about it! Also the order ends up being wrong!!!!!
