Me & my autistic son got there a little before 11:00pm , & they have ALWAYS MADE OUR ORDER, JUST EXACTLY HOW WE ORDER IT !! That , to me , ...is HUGE & MAKES ONE HELLUVA DIFFERENCE , ..ESPECIALLY.., with my son , having to have his son , with ONLY , what he loves & likes...Also , by this time , we were in the parking lot, eating & I had my hood up , checking on my radiator leak & worker lady came outside, to make sure that we were okayyy..in fact, we were OK., made me feel betters, even though they have cameras ? ALL THE WAY AROUND!! It was the fact , that she didn't hafta do that, & it didn't even take her 30 seconds to ask, but she did & we were grateful... .You never know what an individual can do , to have an impact on another person... Be kind to others, smile , , etc ..... Thank you.., besides, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF DAY THAT THAT PERSON HAS HAD, GOOD / BAD, ....POSITIVE ATTITUDE HAS A HUGE IMPACT !! GOD BLESS !!!??✌️Parking: This particular McDonald's we went to was in Cleveland, Oklahoma ✌️ We LOVE there McDoubles & ? $3 & there McChicken & ?/ $2.50... & most of all , you gotta love there McDonald's app...WE USE IT EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO!! & DO NOT FORGET about your receipt, there is a very quick survey on there & you can use your receipt code the next time you go to McDonald's !! ENJOY ✌️Kid-friendliness: Absolutely ✌️Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely, within steps to the front door ? AMEN !! ✌️
The staff are rude, very unprofessional! I asked for dipping sauce for my nuggets and the lady in the drive through told me I had to go back through the line because I didn’t pay for sauce!

Do not, NOT waste your time or money here. Not only are the employees lazy, but the managers are ridiculously unprofessional. The last 3 months, my husband has attempted to get us dinner about 10 different times. Each time was a different headache, our orders are always wrong, the food is either made wrong or the meat isn't even done. Yes, the Cleveland McDonald's serves RAW HAMBURGERS! We ordered 4 mcdoubles and not one of them was done in the middle. We've recently spanned out our visits but today, 01/25/2024, my husband wanted to treat me to lunch & we're only 2 blocks from the store so my husband walked up there to get our food. I wasn't the least bit surprised that our food was wrong yet again. So I walked up to the store myself, they refused to even talk to me, they knew I was FUMING and needless to say, the only reason the managers weren't wearing the food is because there were other people in the lobby. As someone that was in the fast food industry for 18 years, it takes a lot for me to get frustrated with restaurant employees because I've been there. But today, those women took it upon themselves to trash my husband my husband but wanted to run with their tails between their legs when I showed up. Idk how this store is still in business with the amount of bad reviews it has in our local community group.
