No wonder why this sonic has a low review. They suck. Watch your shakes because you will get a plain shake with no flavor in them and then in you blast you will only have a teaspoons of candy in it. You spend so much money and get so little. Wow

There was girls baseball team staying there I don't know where parents were but some of the 12 and 14 year olds were up till around 1 am to 2 am. Everything else was fine.

Pull up to spot 10 at the Sonic in Cleveland Ok, pushed the button, the screen said someone will take your order shortly. After 25 min. of waiting for someone, I drive to the other side, in the lane for trucks and asked why I couldn't get service. The lady said some of her microphones where out. I asked her how the customer was supposed to know they would not be waited on? She said " do you want to order or not". This is the last time I or my employees will come to this Sonic and the last time they see my Company's credit card.
