We were the Saturday night and our waitress was not good. Had to ask another waitress to help us. Ordered a mixed drink, it tasted like water with food coloring. Steaks way over priced. Have only draft beer. We drink bottled beer. Ordered chips and cheese it was awful so think like it was cold. I will never eat yhere again
The food is always great here, but the service is EVEN better. The manager, Justin, goes above and beyond to give customers excellent service every single day. He and his staff care for every order with attention to detail and thoughtful presentation. When mistakes are made, they are quick to correct and even go a step further to please guests with complimentary items. The staff went above and beyond to make things right for my situation. Ordered delivery because I am experiencing a health issue an couldn’t leave my room. The driver had an issue with the address and couldn’t deliver. When I called the store the driver was there and they sent them with the food. They also included a free slice of cake with a note expressing their sympathy for my loss. I’m beyond thankful for their handling of the situation.
