The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the portions were quite large for the cost. We had sirloin tips on rice and sirloin steak. I was critical because of the bad reviews. I do not agree with them. The interior was clean and neat. The atmosphere is rustic and the decor fits that. New seat coverings for the booths might be nice. Too bad there weren't more people there early evening on a Saturday night because it really is a good place! We both enjoyed our steaks....
Stayed at the Hampton Inn across and nearly didn't go there because of the bad one star comments. Would have been a mistake. Service was quick and friendly. We had salad with grilled chicken and pork chops. Both were great. Would go again anytime.
It wasn't bad actually. I had the lunch chicken Cesar salad and it was filling and good. I have never been a huge fan of this place and it's hit and miss but the day I was here, it was good.
