I come here at least 3 times a week and some of the newer people have messed up drinks over and over and I get a snotty rude attitude from even when I've tried my best to be nice and brush it off. Love this place more than Starbucks now so please customer service

The best white buffalo I’ve been too. Girls are very friendly and the drinks are better than other locations.
Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I was the only customer. All 3 baristas were on their phones while our coffees sat on the bar and cooled. When I inquired and asked for my drinks, I was told the cappuccino was still making… 30 seconds later it was handed to me half full and not even hot.

The nutty pumpkin hot is 🔥🥰! However... their cheese and potato burritos are not good at all. 🥺 The tortilla was hard and there is no flavor.

They don't know the difference from chocolate or caramel.....IMO chocolate don't belong in coffee 🤮 poor girls working it also have their nose in the air if it were to rain they would drown......sorry but we are all equal.
