What a cool place to have a delicious dinner in Clinton, OK!! Take your time, have a drink at the bar, talk to some amazing people, enjoy the surprisingly amazing view! The waitstaff was amazing, the cheeseboard was on point, the steaks were top notch! The sunset from the rock patio is worth the visit alone! Thanks so much for the perfect evening y'all 🙏

The White Dog is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Every time my wife and I come to visit family, we make a point to stop here. It’s not just a meal, it’s part of the trip.
Start at the Beany Bar. Grab a drink and watch the sun go down over the plains—wide open and quiet, with views that stretch for miles. The bar itself feels like a Western Speakeasy, rustic and relaxed, with dim lighting, old stonework—it feels like stepping into the past in the best way.
The steak is always mouthwatering, the cheese board never disappoints, and the service feels personal without ever being too much.
The whole place is a gem. If you know, you know. Five stars.

Called ahead to verify if there were any vegan options. Was told to simply request it from the server at the time of the reservation and an option would be prepared. So, I came to dinner tonight and asked my server, and she said vegan options were salad and... Salmon 🤦 left without eating, will not be back. On the plus side though, the view of the sunset was pretty. if you are vegan or vegetarian, bring your own food. the wait staff won't notice like they won't notice you.

Took an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food. Food was bland in n top of the long wait. Wasn’t offered anything for waiting so long. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

They don’t tell you anywhere that you have to make a reservation. They don’t have enough food for each night is what I was told. We are from out of town. That information would be helpful on the website or Facebook page.
Our first time to the white Dog and it did not disappoint!!! It's such a neat place with a neat history behind it. Love the views from around there. We were seated in the sunset room and the view was great as the sun was going down. Can't wait to try the other rooms next time. Our servers were great checking on us often and helping with advice on menu items. We ordered a cheese board first , it was really good . I had the ribeye and it was one of the best I ever had , cooked and seasoned great !! My wife had the grilled shrimp and it was great too . A other had the jalapeño infused pork chop and said it had great flavor and cooked great, and the peppers made it pretty warm. We were way to full for dessert, but sure want to save room and try it next time. It is definitely worth the trip !!!

We’ve talked about coming here for 3 years and finally made it. It is a cool place with lots of history. The owner is such a sweetheart and lots of family members work here as well. Good food and over the top customer service!!! We will definitely be back.

we were just passing through town and lucked out on finding this place!!! i’d have to say one of the best restaurants in the country- very unique setting-gorgeous sunsets and incredible owners. everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful evening .It’s a must stop for anybody local or tourist!
