This was my first visit. I loved rhe bread and the macaroni and cheese. The catfish was ok. I don't like anything spicy so I'm probably not the best judge. We were with a large party and it took a long while to get our food. If you love Cajun food, this might be your spot.
First timer here I have to say it is the best place to eat. Lexi our service was excellent she was kind, knowledgeable when it came to the food. The food was top notch!! The flavor profiles was beyond my expectations if you want the best cajun food in Oklahoma this is definitely the place!!
Gibbys is one of our favorite restaurants to take friends and family to. They have a plethora of foods to satisfy anyone’s appetite. My wife and I heard about Gibbys when they were located in Collinsville and tried them out. The owner, Gibby, is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. Her staff is friendly and hard working. I highly recommend the Bourbon Burger! Oh my! It’s that good. When we heard about how good their steak fillets were, we had to try it....
