I enjoy y'all's food, it's great. But when I order a side of gravy. I kinda expect it to be with my stuff considering all of the items were paid for. I understand mistakes happen but this is the 3rd time. I don't wanna hear cook at home. I'm working 6 days a week. thank you please make sure your employees are checking orders and bags to ensure all paid items are there. fire your slacking employees if that's the case.

We went in on Saturday 05/22/21 at about 11:15AM. We needed 4 adult orders and 1 kids meal to go, and figured it would be easier on the staff and other customers if we went in rather than clog the drive thru line, it was not. Service is incredibly slow, staff unsure of the menu/sides you receive with a meal, employees bumping into each other, utter confusion. The woman who checked us out took forever, and each employee seemed like they took five minutes to pack each food item....read full review
