Our order was 2 pizzas 1 medium and 1 small, cheese sticks + pepperoni and cinnastix. The toppings ordered for the medium were on the small and the toppings for the small were on the medium and there was no pepperoni on the cheese sticks. I'm not sure how an order got so messed up ! Calling the number on the receipt gets you to a call center and when I asked to speak to someone at the store, I was denied. That isn't what I was expecting and a $40 credit for a $60 order isn't what I call customer satisfaction.

we ordered and picked up two stuffed crust pizzas. They did not have any cheese in the rolled crust. They were not stuffed crust pizzas. When I went back and talked to the manager, she said oh that wasn’t an accident. Did not offer to make up for the problem at all just kept saying oh that was an accident. Will not go back there again.

I've never had a bad experience here, I love the employees, it's also super clean and the food is great. Mazzios has always been my favorite pizza place, and this location has been my favorite since I was little.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, and it took over 1 1/2 hours to get delivered. We literally live less than 2 miles away. I should have just gone and got it. I was literally on the phone waiting on customer service when our food showed up. It was cold and not very good. We just got in from Texas and thought we'd let them deliver. This is not the 1st or 2nd time we've had issues. We decided to give it a 3rd chance out of being too tired to go somewhere else, and let's just say there won't be a 4th chance. It was all around a terrible experience and not worth the $50 we paid after delivery fee 2 pizzas and a driver tip! If I could leave -5 stars I would. Do better!

I went in and asked for just a cheese only calzone pizza, even offered to pay whatever price for it and I was told “ they don’t modify it “ but I’m vegetarian so I didn’t want to eat meat.
Mazzio’s needs to be more inclusive and offer more variety of “modifications”.
