Mazzio has saved us twice when working out of town. We don't have this restaurant where we live, so completely enjoying the Great Pizza, Wings, and so much more. We'll be ordering again soon. FR!!
The door said they were open till 10 i got there at 10 min till 9 door was locked a gentleman let in i was going order a salad bar and were mean and rude that i was there and didn't want to serve us one lady was very loud saying she was taking salad bar down

As always, our order was ready when we arrived. Hot, fresh and amazing! The lady at the window was super friendly. Our pizza, loaded dippers and wings were perfect. You just can’t beat a Mazzio’s pizza!

How does it take 45 mins to get a pizza 2 miles from the store in collinsville. This isnt Dallas Texas. Collinsville has like what? 3 thousand people? Do better . Hire more millennials and get the pizza here faster. Takes like 12 mins to make a pizza from start to box . And 5 minutes to drive here

Our order was 2 pizzas 1 medium and 1 small, cheese sticks + pepperoni and cinnastix. The toppings ordered for the medium were on the small and the toppings for the small were on the medium and there was no pepperoni on the cheese sticks. I'm not sure how an order got so messed up ! Calling the number on the receipt gets you to a call center and when I asked to speak to someone at the store, I was denied. That isn't what I was expecting and a $40 credit for a $60 order isn't what I call customer satisfaction.

The worst lasagna I have ever had. Ricotta cheese was grainy and not melted. Whole thing was luke warm, small and terrible tasting.
