“Outstanding customer service!!! Tomorrow is a holiday and most places will be closed. I placed an order online for pick up to insure the holiday goes as planned. I sent someone to pick up said order and they had no record of my placing an order. They called other stores and tried to look up by my phone number but nothing. I spoke with Aronda at the Broken Arrow location and she was beyond wonderful! She had the food made up and told us to take it and if we didn't see a charge for it on our account to come back in next week and we could settle up. No attitude, no dismissal, just true customer service. We still don't know why the transmission didn't go through weather, third party, or a glitch in the system but the problem was remedied promptly. Go see them! You won't be disappointed!“

“I've never had a bad meal or bad service at Rib Crib, regardless of the State I'm in.I don't eat parasite laden pork. So, when I ask them not to put it in my food, it is never in there. They truly respect my choices.The food is always delicious and consistently prepared. The service is always timely.“
