The service only gets 3 stars because of the AI ordering system. It takes way too long and it added extra sauces that I didn’t ask for. The food is hit and miss, when it’s good it’s great but the last calzone I had from them was still cool in the middle and the cheese sticks had large patches without cheese and again seemed under cooked and a little doughy. The staff have always been courteous and helpful.
Haven’t eaten at a Simple Simon’s in over 3 years since I’ve been out of the country. Just recently returned to Tulsa area. Decided on this one tonight and it didn’t disappoint. Excellent service, even better food. Will be back (soon lol). Great job guys!
The food I had here was great and delicious, we went on a Tuesday night for the buffet. The calizone is my husband's favorite. I do with there were more options without pork or beef on it, as I'm allergic to it. Last time there was only buffalo chicken pizza and cheese, and I don't care for buffalo chicken pizza. I think the price is $11.99 per person on Tuesday buffet, includes drink.
