I ordered a 10-piece lemon pepper wing and they were the smallest wings I've ever seen, on top of that they put so much lemon pepper seasoning on them I couldn't even eat it it's almost like they did it on purpose! ?

Horrible . We ordered 2 giant pizzas tonight with other items totaling over $60. The app updated saying delivered. We never received our order. You call the local number and all you get is a corporate line and spend forever on the phone . Then we have to wait another 30-40 min to get our food. It comes and it’s cold . It’s obviously the original order they tried to deliver to another address and has been sitting for over 2 hours. There’s no excuse for this . Very unhappy customer. Total waste of money

We showed up at about 2;30 to get a salad. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Then, we had to wait for our salad plates. They were warm. But the real kicker of our experience was the food poisoning we received that day from the salad bar. I'm definitely not going to recommend this place or eat there again.

We had not been to a Mazzio’s in a while as the one local to us was closed. However, we stopped in to the Cushing location for lunch! The calzone was the best, it was perfectly cooked, we also got a sandwich which my husband really enjoyed. We also took part in the salad bar, which I wouldn’t do again. The lettuce wasn’t too cold and the ham was very.. gooey and stringy.. definitely didn’t look right so we stayed away from that; other than that the salad bar had a good selection! The restaurant was cleaner than other Mazzio’s we’ve been to! Overall we would definitely stop back in for a quick pizza!

When I asked the delivery person how much the order was because I didn't place the order, the guy said "$20.00 mam" after I paid him then got the ticket I looked at it and the total was $19. and some change. This in my book isUNEXCEPTABLE, he should be FIRED!!!!!This was from the Cushing OK. Mazzio's

I visited Mazzio's Pizza Buffet with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was FAR from satisfactory. The buffet was an utter disappointment as it lacked pizza, the only thing necessary to have a PIZZA buffet. Not only were the pizzas hiding, but the other food items were also scarce and seemed to have been sitting out for far too long (sad, wilted, WET lettuce). The staff seemed indifferent to the lack of food replenishment, leaving patrons waiting endlessly for something…anything… to appear. A room full of people and ONE pizza put out the entire time I was there. (Approximately 45 minutes before I gave up after a slice of pepperoni and a SAD salad) Overall, Mazzio's Pizza Buffet failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality and service, making it a regrettable dining choice. Maybe we should get the employees inside working instead of outback chatting/ smoking/ playing hide and seek with these aloof pizzas.What a waste of money.

Called in for pickup. The email said 20 minutes but, when I arrived they told me the pizzas just went in the oven. I came back 20 minutes later and they didn't give me my complete order. I had to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. So from the time I should have had my food to the time I received ALL my food took an hour. I wish I wouldn't have tipped them $17.

I don't ever leave reviews like this, but it needs said. Sometimes the food is good, but it's not consistent. Tonight, I ordered online for delivery. After 2 hours and several calls to the off-site customer service center, we were delivered the wrong food, and it was cold. The whole situation could have been improved by being able to call the store directly, but it turned into a mess. Ended up getting a refund rather than waiting anymore.

Haven't been happy with Cushing mazzios in a long time but order there because I can modify my orders online (pizza hut doesn't let you modify some things). Think I'm done trying as I've now been waiting an hour for my delivery that was supposed to be in 30-40 minutes.

I picked up an order through the pick up window. I handed the kid my sales tax exempt card, came back with receipt for signature, but didn't give me my receipt. Looking back kid didn't remove the taxes. Don't know if he doesn't know how to or is too scared to ask for help or was flustered but next time I'll walk inside. Was definately not a good night for the staff. Got a small pizza and 2 salad bars. Mushrooms were old and slimy, broccoli was spotted black, jalapenos were bubbling...dressings had a crust....things were clean, but not tended to or stirred. Not very appetizing in the least. Our pizza came out pretty quick and with the toppings we asked for, but was still pretty bare and rubbery. I haven't eaten here in quite awhile, but I was totally shocked at the lack of overall quality I expected and have enjoyed through the years.
