Called in for pickup. The email said 20 minutes but, when I arrived they told me the pizzas just went in the oven. I came back 20 minutes later and they didn't give me my complete order. I had to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. So from the time I should have had my food to the time I received ALL my food took an hour. I wish I wouldn't have tipped them $17.
I don't ever leave reviews like this, but it needs said. Sometimes the food is good, but it's not consistent. Tonight, I ordered online for delivery. After 2 hours and several calls to the off-site customer service center, we were delivered the wrong food, and it was cold. The whole situation could have been improved by being able to call the store directly, but it turned into a mess. Ended up getting a refund rather than waiting anymore.

We had not been to a Mazzio’s in a while as the one local to us was closed. However, we stopped in to the Cushing location for lunch! The calzone was the best, it was perfectly cooked, we also got a sandwich which my husband really enjoyed. We also took part in the salad bar, which I wouldn’t do again.
