My family of 20 went to Turner Falls and stopped in the Fried Pie Shop and we were all amazed with how wonderful the pies were!! There is not a pie that is not good! They are all amazingly good!! We will absolutely be back the next time we are in the area!
We stopped because everyone in the area told us they were the best fried pies. They are very yummy. we got a sweet apple, chocolate and coconut. they are very good and if I am back in the area we will stop again.

Guess I was expecting fried pies like Grandma made. Fried in a skillet (with lard). It was my mistake not understanding it was deep fried in vegetable oil. The ingredients was good, but my son & I just couldn’t eat the outside. While trying to eat them they fell apart, soggy. Bought 5 pies but ended up throwing three away.
