Went through drive thru and ordered the 2 for 7$ ham melts and a medium order of curly fries. Food was cold after sitting there for 15 minutes waiting and there slicer was covered in junk and I kept seeing flies land on it. Got home and trashed my food because it was horrible. They should shut this location down in my opinion

Good sandwiches to get me thru my work evening at least 1 eve per week, paper coupons only way to go, online app deals aren't as good as used to be as it's very impractical to have to spend $15-20 to get a measley offer, especially for one person. Luv their food but that's too much

So I ordered 3 large fries and a Jamocha shake. we ended up having to pull up for the fries and wait almost 10 minutes and they gave me a vanilla shake. When I tried to tell them they gave me a vanilla shake, they chose to argue with me and tell me I was wrong and didn’t do anything to fix the situation.

I went through the drive-thru and received my food at 2:28:05 PM 4/2/2025, that's the time it says on the receipt. I told the drive-thru guy I had a coupon that gives me the option for 2 double roast beef or 2 double raost beef and cheddar for $8. I thought I said I wanted 2 double roast beef and cheddar, and I was in too much of a hurry to check but when I got home, the receipt says and what I found was 2 double roast beef. I didn't have time to go back to fix it. I don't know if I misspoke in the drive-thru, I can't remember. I don't know if they record those orders. But my complaint is the coupon says $8 for 2, and when I got up to the window, he said it was $8.99 before tax. After a little bit of the two of us trying to figure out the problem, his manager comes up and talks to him about the problem, I can't hear her too well, he then tells me he can't change it and apologizes. That's a bit messed up that it's not the price the coupon says it is.
They were almost out of one of the ingredients for my meal, but managed to get enough for it. The poor gal at the drive thru was so stressed; you could tell it was a busy day for them; despite that, she was nice and easy to talk to. The parking lot can be crowded at lunch. But overall, good experience and good food.

Live here. I visit this arby's about twice a year & it NEVER fails... something "strange" happens... sign says we got this... turns out... we're out... hmm bait & switch, yeah I said it. I ordered the other two for... & they screwed that up... gone back b4... & straightened out... not any more... lucky ya'll... doesn't seem to do any good. Doubt this will either.

Tried to get something to eat but they was closed at 10:22pm due to the weather even tho it was just a little snow. Last time it was an hour before close and they only had enough roast beef to make one sandwich. This place is going down hill lately

I placed an order at this location, during the lunch hour. I was the only person in the eatery. I ordered a child meal, with a chicken wrap. I waited 15 minutes for my order. I inquired about the order , I had paid for, with the cashier. I was told. "If you are in a hurry don't come back to this Arby's". This ghetto hood Arby's need some employees that are trained, to work with the public and people. SMDH!
Parking: The parking is in a small area. I'll deal with the parking situation, but the rudeness of the employees is crazy.
