The building and furniture are run down, pretty much a dive. The food is ok with ample portions. The price point is high for the quality of food and the type of food being served, it is higher than IHOP and does not have Gluten Free pancakes/waffles. The waitress was kind and I always had coffee in my cup.
This little place is spectacular. Small town vibe in the City. Service was friendly and food came out quick. I ordered the basic scramble thinking I wasn't that hungry and got a massive, great lookin plate of breakfast. Gravy was amazing, sausage was good, scrambled eggs were FLAWLESS. Will definitely visit again.

First time and it won’t be the last time. Wife and I enjoyed a wonderful brunch. The food was great, portions extraordinary and overall experience was above expectation. I love the older vibe! The country fried steak was much larger than my wife’s hand!Parking is tight but definitely manageable. Overall I give this place 5 out of 5.
