Had an online order. Did not get Au jus for the 2 French dip and Swiss. Nor did we get the juice for my granddaughter’s kids meal. And had ordered a coke and got a root beer. Also when I tried to call to get the order fixed, could not speak to anyone in store! I will drive farther to a different store now as well as tell everyone I know how lousy this store is ran
Arby's is probably going to be the closest to a non-processed meet Paradise LOL.But my daughter says it is! I feel everything is fresh, and good at Arby's! Always has been. And if you do not appreciate what you have received? Well I have never had a bad experience with a manager, whether it be to refund my money, or satisfying me by making sure everything is all right! They need some more help in here. The guy cooking in back is swamped but is super nice and doing a great job. Girl with the braids up front needs an attitude adjustment and to help out more instead of being on her phone. The cook shouldn't be coming up front to take orders for her. And then she screams at him for a misunderstanding.
